Mental Health Day Request $75

This service is for you if you are having a difficult time dealing with life’s stressors and need a few days off from work or school to regain mental health clarity. We discuss your current stressors and/or triggers and determine the best course of action for you. If you do not have a therapist or other mental health clinician you see regularly, we can refer you to one.
